Returns
1. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items:
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.
Should an opened product be returned, a re-stocking fee of up to 25% will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it. Should an opened item be returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, SaveMoTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee.
Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
All products being shipped back to SaveMoTech should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; SaveMoTech will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.
2. Replacements
All products sold by SaveMoTech are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty unless stated otherwise, which is at least 1 year from the date of order. Some products have longer manufacturer warranties, and we honor these warranties as well.
Should you have a faulty item, contact us and we’ll assist you by providing you with the details for the return process. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to SaveMoTech, but SaveMoTech will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.
In the unlikely event that a product sold by SaveMoTech is DOA (Dead on arrival) or becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and will cover the shipping costs both ways.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or downloaded software
- Perishable items like batteries
- Custom-configured or built-to-order products
- Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
4. Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email support@Savemotech.co.za or contact us via the contact widget.
- Follow Instructions: An agent will guide you based on the nature of your return.
- Packaging: For faulty or malfunctioning items, ensure they are in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Courier Costs: For returns after 30 days or for incorrectly ordered items, courier charges will be based on item size and location.
5. Refunds:
Items will be inspected by the manufacturer or its agent. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
6. Exchanges:
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us at support@SaveMoTech.co.za for instructions.
